Purpose

Red Hall Store on White Hart Crescent is
currently subject to a lease to McColls. McColls went into
administration in 2022 and have subsequently been bought out by
Morrisons. Morrisons have approached the Council to assign the
lease to themselves and vary the lease terms and
conditions.

Decision

To approve the assignment and proposed
variation of the lease clauses in order to allow the assignment and
future occupation of the property.
