Purpose

Installation by BT Openreach of 1 fibre box,
associated cable, fixtures and fittings to the external wall of 2A
Duke Street, for the benefit of Queensway Dental Surgery, who are
in occupation of the first floor of the property and a Council
tenant.

Decision

To grant the Wayleave to allow the
installation of telecommunications equipment for the benefit of a
Council Tenant.
