Purpose

Northern Powergrid have been asked to supply a
new trackside connection point by Network Rail. The supply is to be
via an underground cable through the rough access track which is
part owned by the council and also serves as access to council
owned track side land.
Northern Powergrid do have powers to requisition a wayleave if this
is not granted voluntarily.

Decision

To grant a wayleave to enable the installation
of electricity supply to a new trackside connection.
