Purpose

Application to the Council for a Wayleave to
install 1x fibre block and 1 meter of cable on the wall of a
Council owned house (104 Eggleston View) to provide service to
104-110 Eggleston View. They have rights to install this equipment
under the Telecommunications Act 2003, but must get the owners
permission, the Council can not withhold permission without good
reason.

A Wayleave to be grated.

To provide an upgrade of telecommunications services for residents
of Darlington.
