Purpose

To seek Cabinet Member
approval to use Bus Service Improvement Plan funding from the £4.51m Network
North allocation to pay for a new County Council contract bus service operated
by First Bus to replace the former commercial element of the 80
bus service between Chesterfield and Killamarsh.

Decision

The Cabinet Member approves:

 

a)    a)the use of Bus Service
Improvement Plan funding from the £4.51m Network
North funding to fund a new County Council contract bus service operated by
First Bus to replace the former commercial element of the 80 bus service
between Chesterfield and Killamarsh; and

 

b)   
b)the alteration of the current De Minimis and Supported
Bus Service contracts on the service 80 to take account of this change.
