Purpose

To update Cabinet on fee proposals for the adult social care markets described

Decision

RESOLVED to: 

 

1)  
Increase independent
sector home care hourly rates by 8.1%;

 

2)  
Increase
independent sector home care travel rates by an average of 6.1%;

 

3)  
Increase the fee
rate for in-house home care and extra care provision by 7.4%; and

 

4)  
Increase up to
7.4% for specialist home care where evidence is provided by them of
inflationary pressures.
