Decision

RESOLVED to:

 

1)  
Note the current position
on the monitoring of Capital schemes;

 

2)  
Approve the
funding change for the Amber Valley Rationalisation project;

 

3)  
Approve the
addition of £56.930m as set out in paragraph 4.7 of the report to the capital
programme to be funded from borrowing; and 

 

4)  
Approve the
addition of £3.393m as set out in paragraph 4.8 7 of the report to the capital
programme to be funded from council resources.
