The Cabinet Member approves with
immediate effect that:

 

    Councillor Smith is replaced by
Councillor Spencer as one of the Council’s representatives on
the Investment Committee of the East Midlands Combined County
Authority (EMCCA);

    Councillors Ford and Hickton are
confirmed as substitute members of the EMCCA Transport and Digital
Connectivity Committee;

     Councillors Moss and Flatley
are confirmed as substitute members of the EMCCA Skills and
Employment Committee; and

    Councillors Muller and Sutton are
confirmed as substitute members of the EMCCA Investment
Committee.
