Purpose

To seek approval to amend the Health and Wellbeing Board Terms of Reference and Membership

Decision

RESOLVED to:

 

1)   
Approve the
proposed changes to the Health and Wellbeing Board Terms of Reference,
specifically the additions to the membership of the Health and Wellbeing Board
and the changes to the approach to substitution for statutory Board members;

 

2)   
Review the
revised Terms of Reference, attached at Appendix 2 to the report, and agree
that the amended Terms of Reference be added to Article 14 in the Council
Constitution; and

 

3)   
Agree that the
Director of Legal and Democratic Services, utilising delegated powers will
update and amend the Council Constitution to include the revised Terms of
Reference for the Health and Wellbeing Board.
