Purpose

To seek the Cabinet Member’s approval to amend the constitution of the Doe Hill Advisory Group which has been established to discuss the ongoing management of Doe Hill Community Park.
 

Decision

That the Cabinet Member:

Agrees, on behalf of the Council that the constitution of the Doe Hill Advisory Group is revised as it is set out in the document at Appendix 3 to this report. 

Reasons for the decision

To ensure the constitution of the Advisory Group reflects its current attendance and operation and complies with requirement of the Section 106 Obligation.

Alternative options considered
