Purpose
To seek Cabinet approval to formally adopt the Derbyshire Employment and Skills Strategy 2026-30.

RESOLVED to:
a) Approve the formal adoption of the Derbyshire Employment and Skills Strategy 2026-30;
b) Support the proposed approach to developing an Action Plan for the implementation of the Derbyshire Employment and Skills Strategy; and
c) Delegate the approval of the final Action Plan and subsequent amendments to the Executive Director of Place, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance and Efficiency (DOGE).
