1) Note the Delegated Approvals since the last Cabinet Report of 02 July 2026;
2) Approve the request for funding from the School Condition Allocation Budget and High Needs Provision Capital Budget;
3) Approve the front funding of £125,000 for South Wingfield Primary School from the Children’s Services School Condition Allocation;
4) Approve the transfer of already approved funding from the Children’s Services Basic Need 2023/23 budget for the scheme at Drakelow Flying High Academy Primary School, to be transferred directly to the Academy Trust via a Legal Agreement with the Local Authority; and
5) Note that the proposed allocations will support the Council's commitment to ensuring that children and young people, particularly those with SEND, can access high-quality education in inclusive environments that enable them to achieve their full potential.
