Purpose

To allocate Section 106 Developer Contributions to projects, in line with Developer Legal Agreements.

Decision

RESOLVED to:

1) Note the receipt/availability of Section 106 funding and approve allocations to the projects outlined in Appendix 2 to the report;

2) Note the change of Scheme for already approved Developer Contributions for Hulland Primary School;

3) Note the receipt of Section 106 Developer Contributions to repay the Children’s Services Capital budget; and

4) Approve transfer of Section 106 Developer Contributions of £811,772.42 directly to Derby Diocesan Academy Trust to self-manage the project at Bolsover C of E Junior School, by way of a Legal Agreement between the Loal Authority and Academy Trust.
