Audit Hearings Sub-Committee

This Sub-Committee is a Sub-Committee of the Council constituted under Sections 101 and 102 of the Local Government Act 1972.

1. To consider complaints of alleged member misconduct referred to it by the

Monitoring Officer in consultation with the Independent Person in accordance with Section 28 of the Localism Act 2011.
