The Cabinet of Doncaster Council decided to set the fee for selling Biodiversity Units from the Red House Farm Habitat Bank at £21,000 plus VAT. This decision was made on 05/11/2025. The Cabinet approved the final business case costings and will support annual reviews of the unit price, only changing it if project costs alter.
