This included approving the Medium-term Financial Strategy, a gross revenue expenditure budget of £636.5m, a net revenue expenditure budget of £259.6m, and a 4.99% Council Tax increase. Cabinet delegated decisions on the Household Support Fund grant, the spending plan for additional social care funding, and changes to fees and charges to specific directors and officers.
