Decision

For approval to directly appoint Alcium Software Limited, Evolutive as the CRM system and property database under a three-year contract, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods.
The estimated cost is £9,650 per annum, based on the pricing set out in the Digital Marketplace framework agreement and in line with the current contract value. Over a three-year period, the total estimated cost would be £28,950. Funding for this would be allocated from the Business Doncaster computing budget for the 2026/2027
financial year.
Procurement was undertaken with guidance from CDC Procurement team and using GCloud 14 - Choose a lot - Digital Marketplace and following the procurement rules and guidance.
