Purpose

To
support the delivery of the Levelling Up Fund (LUF) proposals it is recommended
to approve the acquisition of the former “KwikFit” unit on Westwey Road,
Weymouth which is situated between two brownfield sites the Council acquired
for redevelopment earlier in 2024.
