This Notice will enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd safe
access to enable removal of level crossing so

that rails through the crossing can be replaced

Consultation period: 12th December 2024 to 23rd January
2025.

Following consultation, no comments received.

Reasons for the decision

Notice under Section 14 [2] of the Road Traffic Regulations
Act 1984 as amended. a because works are being or are proposed to be executed
on or near the road.
