Decision: To grant planning permission subject to
planning conditions and informatives in accordance with the committee
resolution of the Strategic and Technical Planning Committee of 31st March 2025
and in accordance with the resolution, the addition of a planning condition requiring
a scheme for the future maintenance of the access roads and an addition to the

informative regarding CCTV to refer to the access roads. The
condition and informative wording have been first agreed in writing by the
chair of the committee.
