Decision: Approved

 

The effect of the order is as follows:

 

[1] To impose temporary road closure on Puddletown Road,
East Stoke & Arne from the junction with Tout Hill to the junction with
A352 Worgret Hill (in both directions), a distance of approximately 6940
metres. A locally signed diversion route will be put in place to enable traffic
to travel around the closed sections. Please note the closures will be in
operation, as and when indicated by signs on site. Advanced warning signs will
be placed on the road two weeks advance of the closure to indicate the exact dates
the closure will affect the roads.

 

[2] To impose a temporary speed restriction of 10mph to
facilitate the use of a convoy working vehicle along B3070, East Stoke from a
point 200 metres to the north of the junction with East Holme to the junction
with Holme Lane as listed and indicated by signs on site.

 

10th June 2025 until 25th June 2025.

 

This Order will enable Dorset Council to carry out
carriageway surface dressing works.

 

Consultation period: 17th March 2025 to 21st April 2025.
