At Hardy House, Castle Road, Portland DT5 1AU, to approve an
easement right over land to Statutory undertaker Southern Gas Networks. The
provision is in accordance with a cabinet decision dated 22nd July 2022 to
facilitate utility facilities on council land.

 

Reasons for the decision

It is in accordance with the Council policy for managing its
assets.

The Delegated Powers clearly gives the authority.
