junction with Back Lane and the entrance to St Catherines Farm. 

 

This Notice
will enable Openreach safe access to carry out urgent works to restore customer
service. 

 

 

Urgent works therefore no consultation carried
out. 

 

Reasons for the decision

Notice
under Section 14 [2] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as amended.

works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road;
