P/FUL/2025/01261. The application can be determined under delegated powers in
accordance with the Council’s Scheme of Delegation.

 

Reasons for the decision

A Section 106 legal agreement is necessary to secure planning obligations
in respect of affordable housing provision and a highways
contribution.
