to repair a highways defect. Consultation period: 17th July 2025 to 15th August
2025. Following consultation, no comments received. (Decisions included can be
executive or non-executive in nature, depending on the delegation given. Please
state if the delegation was granted by the Cabinet or any other Committee or is
detailed within the Scheme of Delegation in the Council’s Constitution.)

Reasons for the decision

Notice under Section 14 [2] of the Road Traffic Regulations
Act 1984 as amended. a because works are being or are
proposed to be executed on or near the road.
