STREET, BRADPOLE between its junction with Village Road and its junction with
St James Park. 

 

This Notice
will enable Openreach to replace pole. 

 

Consultation
period: 23 July 2025 – 01 September 2025 

 

 

Following
consultation, comments received,  
Bus company said this would
affect several services including school routes. Openreach agreed to work
between 0930 – 1500 to allow school services to continue.  

 

Reasons for the decision

Notice
under Section 14 [2] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as amended. 

 

(a) because
works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road;
