reasons being caused by parked vehicles and

Wessex Water works site.

The effect of this Notice is as follows: To introduce a
temporary clearway from the junction with Encombe

Road to a point approximately 20 metres to the east.

Consultation period: NA as emergency notice.

Reasons for the decision

Notice under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations
Act 1984 as amended.
