junction with A354 and 36 Queens Road. 

 

This Notice
will enable Wessex Water safe access to carry out emergency works to replace
two leaking pipes. 

 

Emergency
works therefore no consultation carried out. 

 

Reasons for the decision

Notice
under Section 14 [2] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as amended. 

 

(b) because
of the likelihood of danger to the public, or of serious damage to the road,
which is not attributable to such works
