reference SY 817 848 and grid reference SY 832 848, a distance of approximately
1,515 metres.

 

The Order is required due to the extreme Health and Safety
Risk caused by the continued expansion at Newburgh Dairy and adjacent Slurry
Lagoon.

Reasons for the decision

Notice under Section 14 [2] of the Road Traffic Regulations
Act 1984 as amended.

 

a. because of the likelihood of danger to the public, or of
serious damage to the road, which is not attributable to such works.
