To approve the a deed of variation to correct a boundary
within the Eastbrook Farm tenancy and to include approximately 6.2 acres within
the demise.

 

Reasons for the decision

It is in accordance with the Council policy for managing its
assets, and for disposing of neighbouring surplus land.
