This Notice
will enable Openreach safe access to carry works to
their overhead network. 

 

Consultation
period: 30 December 2025 – 05 February2026. 

 

 

Following
consultation, comments received; Concerns in
regards to resident access which were resolved following a
conversation with Openreach.

 

Reasons for the decision

Notice
under Section 14 [2] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as
amended. 

 

(a) because
works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road;
