[1] To
impose a 7.5 tonne weight limit upon
WINDSOR TERRACE, LYME REGIS for its entirety.  

 

 

This Order is
required to strictly limit the use of WINDSOR TERRACE, LYME REGIS to vehicles less than 7.5 tonnes due
to defects being identified within the highway, near the riverbank. 

 

Weight
limit first implemented as emergency so no consultation 

 

Reasons for the decision

Notice
under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as
amended. 

 

(a) because
works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road;

None.
