Decision: 

​​Public Path Order Application to extinguish parts of Footpaths 8 and 24 and divert Footpath 29, Bradpole ​ 

1. The Dorset Council (Footpath 29, Bradpole at Spray Copse Farm) Public Path Diversion Order 2022 and the Dorset Council (Parts of Footpaths 8 and 24, Bradpole at Spray Copse Farm) Public Path Extinguishment Order 2022 be formally abandoned; and

1. There will be no refund to the applicant of any costs paid associated with the Order.

(Decision taken is detailed within the Scheme of Delegation in the Council’s Constitution.)

Reasons for the decision

Reason(s) for Decisions: 

1. The two original Orders which are not confirmed have been superseded by the two new Orders which have been confirmed and therefore the original Orders are no longer required.

1. The applicant has agreed to the abandonment of the Orders with no refund of costs.
