South West Water, 14 September 2026 until 26 September 2026 – CLAPPENTAIL LANE, LYME REGIS between its junction with B3165 and the entrance to Halstock, a distance of approximately 310 metres. 

This Order will enable South West Water to carry out trial holes. 

Consultation period: 13 July 2026 – 17 August 2026. 

Following consultation, no comments received.

Reasons for the decision

Notice under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as amended. 

(a) because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road.
