This Order will enable National Grid to replace the electricity substation. 

Consultation not carried out by the Traffic Team.

Reasons for the decision

Notice under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as amended. 

(a) because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the highway.
