This Notice will enable Openreach to replace a pole. 

Consultation period: 06 July 2026 – 17 August 2026. 

Following consultation, no comments received. 

Reasons for the decision

Notice under Section 14 [2] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as amended. 

(a) because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road;
