Purpose

To proceed with a sale of 16 Brunswick Terrace as
approved by Dorset Council Cabinet on 5 December 2023.

 

Cabinet delegated authority to the Executive Director
of Place, after consultation with the Cabinet Member for Assets and Property
and the S151 Officer, to agree the terms of sale at the price set out in the
report. 

 

Reason(s) for Decisions:

 

To deliver a capital receipt from the sale of the
surplus property.
