Purpose

To proceed with a sale of the field at Wilkins Farm as
approved by Dorset Council Cabinet on 5 December 2023.

 

Cabinet delegated authority to the Executive
Director of Place, after consultation with the Cabinet Member for Assets and
Property and the S151 Officer, to agree the terms of sale with the flexibility
for the Executive Director to accept up to a 10% variance in the amount
offered.

 

Reason(s) for Decisions:

 

To deliver a capital receipt from the sale of the
surplus property.
