Purpose

This decision is
in respect of the provision of Community Health Improvement Service (CHIS).

 

Seeking Officer Delegated
Decision for the agreement begin the procurement process for the provision of
CHIS and that the further step of making any contract award is delegated to the
Portfolio Holders, Cllr Jane Somper, and Cllr David Brown, in consultation with
Sam Crowe, Director of Public Health.

 

This Officer
Delegated Decision is being taken in accordance with the Scheme of Delegation
item 32 (Chief Officer decisions in cases of urgency).

Cllr’s have been consulted in respect of this Officer Delegated Decision:
