All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along STIRRUP CLOSE, COLEHILL
as indicated by signs on site. [ii] All vehicles will be prohibited from
proceeding along BRIDLE WAY, COLEHILL as indicated by signs on site. [iii] To
impose clearway and parking suspension as indicated by signs on site to prevent
waiting or parking on the highway along all roads listed above. Any vehicle
waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by this Notice may be removed
under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

 

 

 

This
Notice will enable Kiely Bros Ltd to carry out carriageway maintenance and
resurfacing works.

Notice under Section 14 [2] of the Road Traffic Regulations
Act 1984 as amended.

 

 

 

(a) because works are being or are proposed to be executed
on or near the road.
