Purpose

To have oversight of the inspection report and of the action
plan to address the report’s recommendation.

Content

(a)          
That the findings of the inspection report,
including the “recommendations”, “strengths”, and “areas for improvement”
identified by the inspectors be noted.

 

(b)          
It was further noted that an action plan was in
place, with suitable monitoring, to address the inspection report’s
recommendations.
