To approve a sale at auction due on 24th September 2026, the land being the site of the demolished houses at 9 - 11 High Street, Fortuneswell, Portland.

Reasons for the decision

It is in accordance with the Council policy for managing its assets, disposing of surplus land not required for operational or tenancy use.

Alternative options considered

The Delegated Powers clearly gives the authority.
