This Notice will enable Openreach to carry out emergency works to a broken frame and cover.

Consultation period: N/A as emergency works.

Reasons for the decision

Notice under Section 14 [2] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as amended.

b. because of the likelihood of danger to the public, or of serious damage to the road, which is not attributable to such works.
