weeks initially and has been extended with the approval of the
Secretary of State for Transport, it will now be in place until 18 January 2026
or until the completion of the works, whichever is the earlier – Public Right of Way N64/57, Gillingham between grid
reference ST796259 and ST796260 

 

This
closure is required to enable safe
access to construct a housing estate.

Notice under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as amended. 

 

(b) because of the likelihood of danger to the public, or of serious damage to the road, which
is not attributable to such works.
