Purpose

This
Notice will enable Openreach safe access to underground structures in the
carriageway to carry out civils works of two blockage clearance along with
excavation. Consultation period: 18 November 2024 - 2 December 2024 Following
consultation, No comments (Decisions included can be executive or non-executive
in nature, depending on the delegation given. Please state if the delegation
was granted by the Cabinet or any other Committee or is detailed within the
Scheme of Delegation in the Council’s Constitution.)
