The Strategy and Change Scrutiny Panel scrutinises the council's strategic direction and significant changes. It reviews proposals, policies, and projects to ensure they align with council objectives and benefit Ealing residents. The panel provides recommendations to the Executive and other decision-making bodies, acting as a check on the council's forward planning and implementation processes.
