Purpose

Portfolio Holder Delegated Decision taken
pursuant to Part Two, Section D Article 20. ‘The Cabinet
(Executive) Functions’ (for all non-key decisions that are
non-urgent).

Decision

a.    
To approve the withdrawal of East Hampshire District
Council’s EHDC) membership from the Partnership for South
Hampshire (PfSH).

b.    
To authorise the Executive Director of Operations, in consultation
with the Portfolio Holder for Regulation and Enforcement and
Monitoring Officer, to take all necessary steps to give effect to
EHDC’s formal withdrawal from the partnership agreement made
between EHDC and other authorities which established PfSH dated
27th January 2021.
