It was RESOLVED that Cabinet recommend to Full Council that
they:
 
Retain the 2024/25 CTS Scheme but to amend the allowances
and premiums used in determining entitlement for working age CTS to
match those that are used to calculate Housing Benefit for working
age claimants as determined by the Department for Work &
Pensions (DWP)
