It was RESOLVED that Cabinet:
 
Noted and endorsed the Bird Aware
Partnership’s revised Strategy and supporting Financial Model
as set out at Appendices B and C of this report;
 
Delegated authority to the Executive Director
of Operations, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder, Section
151 Officer and Monitoring Officer, to update the Strategy and
supporting Financial Model, as required from time to time by
emerging guidance, caselaw and local circumstances.
 
Delegated authority to the Executive Director
of Operations, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder, Section
151 Officer and Monitoring Officer, to update the Financial Model
from time to time, as required by operational need and market
influences.
