It was RESOLVED that Full Council be recommended that:

For reasons set out in the report the additional council tax premiums chargeable under the Act shall not be applicable for the financial years 2024/2025 and 2025/2026.

The premiums previously agreed by Full Council continue to be applied for the financial year 2024/2025 and 2025/2026.

This is revisited during 2025/2026.
